RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Eligibility
1.1 Return and Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the courier-confirmed delivery date.
The 14-day period begins on the date the courier marks the order as delivered, including confirmation via scan, OTP, signature, or delivery to reception or security personnel.
After 14 days from the confirmed delivery date, no return or exchange requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
1.2 Order Completion Requirement
Returns and exchanges are applicable only for orders that have been:
- Successfully delivered
- Paid in full
Orders that are:
- Refused at delivery
- Returned due to non-payment
- Marked as a failed delivery due to the incorrect address
- Returned due to customer unavailability or non-response
are not eligible for return or exchange processing.
1.3 Return Request Requirements
To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must:
- Submit the request within the 14-day window
- Provide a valid order number
- Provide a valid and reachable mobile number for coordination and pickup communication
- Respond to follow-up communication within a reasonable timeframe
Failure to provide accurate information or failure to respond may result in cancellation of the return request.
2. Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements will fail inspection and will not be approved for return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used, worn, altered, or washed items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Athlekt reserves the right to determine final eligibility upon inspection.
4. Promotional and Bundled Orders
For promotional offers, bundled purchases, or gift campaigns:
- All items included in the promotion must be returned together
- Free gifts must be returned unused and in their original condition
- Partial returns of promotional orders may result in refund recalculation, adjustment, or rejection
If returning part of an order invalidates a promotion, the refund or exchange value may be adjusted accordingly.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges are generally permitted for size or color of the same product
- One exchange per order may be permitted
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may select an alternative product or request a refund if eligible
If the replacement item has a higher price, customers may be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement item has a lower price, the difference may be refunded or issued as store credit.
Exchange shipping charges may apply.
Failed delivery of an exchange order due to customer fault will be treated as a failed original delivery and may result in cancellation or issuance of store credit only.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- An incorrect item was shipped by Athlekt
- A confirmed defective product
Return pickup arrangements may vary by location.
7. Inspection and Rejection
All returned items undergo inspection upon receipt.
If a return fails inspection:
- The item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or
- Held for a limited period before disposal if the customer remains unresponsive
Athlekt reserves the right to refuse future return or exchange requests from customers exhibiting excessive, repetitive, or abusive return behavior.
8. Store Credit
Store credits, if issued, are:
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Store credit may be issued at Athlekt’s discretion, where applicable.
