Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may extend during sales, promotions, or peak periods.
Order confirmation does not mean dispatch. An order is considered dispatched only once it has been handed over to our courier partner and tracking details are issued.
UAE Shipping
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates using trusted courier partners such as Aramex (Last Mile Delivery).
- Estimated delivery time: 48–72 business hours from dispatch
- Tracking information is shared once the order is dispatched
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational constraints, weather conditions, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
International shipping timelines vary by destination and customs clearance procedures.
Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges. If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or regulatory requirements, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. This includes city, area, building or villa name, floor, apartment or unit number, and a reachable contact number.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If an order is delayed, held, returned, or cancelled due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or due to customer unavailability or non-response, Athlekt will not be liable for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional courier charges.
Failed Deliveries and Unresponsive Customers
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, refusal, or non-response, the shipment may be returned to the origin.
Orders returned due to customer fault are not eligible for shipping or handling fee refunds. Re-delivery attempts may be chargeable, or the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
Repeated failed deliveries or refusals may result in Cash on Delivery being permanently disabled for future orders.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete once confirmed by the courier through delivery scan, OTP confirmation, photographic evidence, signature, or delivery to reception, concierge, or security personnel at the provided address.
Any claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery will be investigated with the courier, and do not guarantee a refund or replacement.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels. Delivery timelines apply per shipment.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to items that have been successfully delivered.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Payment must be completed at the time of delivery
- Courier partners do not permit opening or inspecting parcels before payment
- Refusal to pay or attempts to inspect before payment are treated as refused delivery
- Returns or exchanges can easily be initiated after successful delivery and payment.
